When you read the site

There are no sign-ups or forms here. Like most sites, the server and any visit-counting tool we use may record your browser type, the pages you open and roughly where the visit came from. Some of these tools use cookies, which you can turn off in your browser.

When you call

Our phone system can record the number you're calling from, when you called and how long the call lasted. Where the law allows, calls may be recorded for quality. Once you're transferred, the rodent company you speak with may ask for your name, address and details about the problem so they can schedule a visit.

What we do with it

We use call information to route calls, review how the line is working and settle accounts with the companies we pass calls to. We don't sell it.

The provider's side

The company you're connected with is a separate business with its own privacy practices. What you tell them is covered by their terms, not ours.
